transformational coaching for students aged 9-25 since 2017

HELPING STUDENTS UNDERSTAND THEMSELVES, BELIEVE IN THEMSLEVES AND MOVE FORWARD.

Using our unique Emergence Approach, we work in partnership with primary and secondary schools to bring specialist one-to-one coaching into the school day, complementing your existing pastoral and wellbeing provision.

Because sometimes, what a young person needs most isn't another answer, another expectation or another person telling them what to do.

They need space to think.

Activity rich. Reflection poor.

Today's young people are navigating an increasingly complex world alongside the everyday demands of school, friendships, family life, exams, social media and an uncertain future.

There is always something to do, somewhere to be, something to achieve and someone to keep up with. For some young people, this can leave little time to stop, make sense of how they are feeling, or think about what they really need.

Yet meaningful personal growth requires something different: time to pause, reflect and understand ourselves.

That's where coaching can make a difference.

We provide a mental sorting space where young people can unravel their thoughts, explore what matters to them, recognise their strengths and challenges, and develop the self-awareness to make positive choices.

For schools, this means giving students an additional layer of support to develop confidence, wellbeing, motivation, agency and engagement — helping them become more active participants in their learning and their lives.

Because personal development starts with self-awareness.

And from self-awareness comes the ability to think differently, make different choices and move forward.

There doesn’t need to be anything wrong.

We believe all students can benefit from coaching.

Personal development isn't something we should wait for a crisis to begin.

There doesn't need to be anything ‘wrong’. A young person may simply need the space to understand themselves better, build confidence, overcome something that is holding them back, or find a clearer path forward.

For schools, coaching brings specialist expertise into your existing pastoral and wellbeing provision— helping students develop the self-awareness, motivation and agency they need to engage more positively with learning, relationships and life.

That's why all of our coaching is underpinned by three fundamentals:

CONFIDENCE

Believe in yourself.

Helping students recognise their strengths, understand their thinking and develop the self-belief to see what they are capable of.

MOTIVATION

Find your reason to move.

Helping students understand what matters to them, discover what drives them and reconnect with the motivation to make positive change.

MOMENTUM

Turn intention into action.

Helping students move from thinking about change to actually making it — focusing on what they can control, taking purposeful action and building the momentum to keep moving forward.

Confidence to believe. Motivation to begin. Momentum to move forward.

coaching that meets the student where they are.

We know that coaching isn't one-size-fits-all.

Some students benefit from the freedom to explore their own thinking and discover their own way forward. Others need more structure, guidance or practical strategies to support their learning. And sometimes, the biggest barrier to progress is emotional or mindset-related.

That's why we offer three distinct coaching models, allowing us to tailor the coaching to the individual young person, their starting point and what they need at that point in their journey:

Personal Coaching
Instructional Coaching
Emotion & Mindset Coaching

Different starting points. One shared purpose.

developing a coaching culture

Our work doesn't stop with one-to-one coaching.

We also train teachers, pastoral leaders and senior leaders in the skills of coaching, helping schools develop a consistent, whole-school approach to supporting young people to think, reflect and take ownership of their development.

Because when coaching becomes part of a school's culture, every conversation can become an opportunity for growth. The ripple effect is endless!

Confidence to believe.
Motivation to begin.
Momentum to move forward.
